Use our free interactive tools to access care from home anytime of the day or night.

  • ​Video chat with a doctor from your computer or smartphone through LiveHealth Online. Behavioral health providers are also available.
  • Check your symptoms and receive immediate, personalized guidance about your health with the app.
  • Talk to a nurse anytime by calling the 24/7 NurseLine.
You are covered if you have to get care in the hospital. Benefits also include urgent and emergency care.
Your benefits include regular checkups, called wellness visits, to help you stay healthy. This also includes routine shots and screenings.
Your Medi-Cal prescription benefits are provided by Magellan through Medi-Cal Rx.
Dental benefits are provided through Denti-Cal for eligible members. If you qualify, these benefits include exams, cleanings, X-rays, and fillings.
Healthy eyes are an important part of good overall health. Benefits include an eye exam and eyeglasses (if needed) every two years.
Regular checkups and screenings are important to keep you and your baby healthy. All of your pregnancy care, including labor and delivery, is included in your benefits. As an extra benefit to our members, we offer a Healthy Rewards program. You can earn gift cards just for going to your doctor visits.
A big part of staying healthy is making it to all of your appointments. We can help you get rides to covered health care appointments at no cost. We can also help you get to other places like the pharmacy, WIC appointments, or food distribution sites.
