Get the care you need from a doctor you choose. We have thousands of doctors in our plan, including many specialists. Your benefits also include regular checkups, called wellness visits, to help you stay healthy. This includes routine shots and screenings.

VIRTUAL CARE

Use our free interactive tools to access care from home anytime of the day or night.

Video chat with a doctor from your computer or smartphone through LiveHealth Online. Behavioral health providers are also available for a small fee by appointment, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Pacific time.

Hospital Care

You are covered if you have to get care in the hospital. Benefits also include urgent and emergency care.

Prescriptions

Your Medi-Cal prescription benefits are provided by Magellan through Medi-Cal Rx.

Dental Care

Dental benefits are provided through Denti-Cal for eligible members. If you qualify, these benefits include exams, cleanings, X-rays, and fillings.

Vision Care

Healthy eyes are an important part of good overall health. Benefits include an eye exam and eyeglasses (if needed) every two years through Vision Service Plan (VSP).

Pregnancy Care

Regular checkups and screenings are important to keep you and your baby healthy. All of your pregnancy care, including labor and delivery, is included in your benefits. As an extra benefit to our members, we offer a Healthy Rewards program. You can earn gift cards just for going to your doctor visits.

Rides to health care visits

A big part of staying healthy is making it to all of your appointments. We can help you get rides to covered health care appointments at no cost. We can also help you get to other places like the pharmacy, WIC appointments, or food distribution sites.

Help in your language

Whether you have a question about your benefits or need to speak with a nurse, we’ll connect you with someone who speaks your language. We also offer no-cost translation and interpretation services.
