Membership in the Vegas Chamber of Commerce gives small businesses throughout Nevada access to networking, advocacy, and learning opportunities. The Vegas Chamber also partners with Anthem to bring business members cost-saving health plans offering the kind of benefits usually reserved for larger companies.

Nevada’s fastest-growing small group health plans from Anthem1

Vegas Chamber Association Health Plans, or AHPs, are fully insured plans available exclusively to Vegas Chamber business members with 2 to 50 employees.2 They offer a full suite of benefits to help employees live healthier.

The plans include:

Prescription drug coverage with major pharmacies.

Access to Anthem’s large preferred provider organization (PPO) network of doctors and hospitals.

Chronic condition and well-being programs, with mental and behavioral health benefits.

Why AHPs may be a great choice for your small business

AHPs offer a wider range of flexible plan designs that may cost less than Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans or other plans in the market. Bringing together small businesses from similar industries and locations enables access to the kind of benefits usually reserved for larger businesses.

With a Vegas Chamber AHP, your premiums are based on uniform member rates within your group. They are determined once, at the time of quoting, and are good through June 30, 2026. Without reevaluating groups, all will renew at a maximum 5.9% increase on July 1, 2025. ACA groups, on the other hand, are typically rated per member, and any modifications to your group’s demographics may impact premiums.

In addition, Vegas Chamber AHPs are considered Large Group plans, and like any large group plans, have fewer state and federal requirements.

If you currently have a group health plan, you may be able to switch to a Vegas Chamber AHP anytime and save money right away.3 No matter when you sign up, enrolling in a Vegas Chamber AHP offers your business the following:

  • Guaranteed rates through June 30, 2026, regardless of effective policy date.4
  • Simplified fiscal planning with fixed and uniform premiums utilizing a four-tier composite rate structure.5
  • Choice of flexible plan types with a range of attractive deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums. You may even qualify to offer up to four plans to your employees.
